ARRIVAL TIMES
Our C&C events start at 9am. Please do not arrive earlier than the 9am start time if possible. Our staff needs adequate time to set up for each event.

STAGING
Once you exit our tunnel, make a left uphill to our upper paddock viewing area (follow the C&C arrow).
FOOD & BEVERAGE
There will be doughnuts and Dunkin coffee (Our official sponsor) available while supplies last. Occasionally, depending on other ongoing track events, there may be breakfast or lunch for purchase from Buster’s.
You are welcome to bring your own food and enjoy picnic style on the lawn. Alcohol is NOT permitted in any of our paddock areas.
SIGNAGE & MATERIALS
We allow small ‘For Sale’ signs displayed on show vehicles. Distribution of pamphlets, handouts, ads or flyers without prior consent from PMP is prohibited.
WE’RE DOG FRIENDLY!
Dogs are allowed at C&C Events as long as they are kept on a leash at all times! Please clean up after your pet.
DRONES
No drones are allowed at the facility!
PHOTOGRAPHS
When you attend a C&C Event, you agree that your likeness, your vehicle and your guests may be used in photographs, video, or other digital media in any and all of the Palmer Motorsports Park’s publications, including web-based publications. You hereby irrevocably authorize Palmer Motorsports Park to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose.
TRAILERING
If you are trailering a vehicle to a C&C event, you may unload behind the lower paddock garage.
NOISE
Excessive noise (above 95db), revving, burnouts and driving with excessive speed will not be tolerated at any PMP events and will result in a ban from all future events as well as expulsion.
TRASH
Please pick up after yourself and place all trash in the proper receptacles.
OPTIONAL TASTE OF THE TRACK
Registering online in advance does guarantee a spot for the touring laps as long as the driver arrives and checks in before 10:30am. All touring lap drivers must arrive before 10:30 and attend the drivers’ meeting at 11am sharp. Arrivals after 10:30am forfeit their spot to the folks on the wait list. Please arrive early. Please register below.
MINOR CHILDREN
Parade laps are at normal road and highway speeds so helmets are not required. Children are welcome and encouraged as long as all passengers meet highway safety belt requirements. Absolutely no unbuckled participants. Thank you!
The “Taste of the Track” session is limited to 40 registrations. The cost is $35 per car for a 20 minute pace car controlled on track session at noon (12pm). Because our C&C events are “model or manufacturer themed” we limit the Taste of the Track experience for those vehicles which fit the theme. For example, Porsches are not allowed on BMW day, BMWs are not allowed on Porsche day, etc. Please bring payment with you to the track. CASH ONLY PLEASE! Helmets are not required. All vehicles must be licensed and have valid state inspection stickers. All taste of the track participants will receive a Dunkin’ gift card, one per car, AND will receive one entry for a complimentary ride-along-at-speed to be scheduled for a future date. Additional tickets are available at the registration table for $20.
